The Manatee Center is located at 480 North Indian River Drive in beautiful downtown Fort Pierce, Florida. Our operating hours are:
January - June
Tuesday - Saturday 10-5, Sunday 12-4
July - September
Thursday - Saturday 10-5
October - December
Tuesday - Saturday 10-5, Sunday 12-4
Admission fees are $ 1.00 per person; children under 6 free with adult; members free.

Driving Directions

From Interstate 95 From I-95 exit at 131A - SR 68 Orange Avenue East. Travel East on Orange Avenue, crossing over US # 1. Continue over railroad tracks to next traffic light. Turn left (North) on Indian River Drive. Continue straight through the roundabout. The Cobb's Landing and Fort Pierce Marina will be on the right. The Manatee Center will be the next building on the right (peach building with a teal roof).
From Turnpike From turnpike take exit 152 – Okeechobee Road. Turn right and travel East on Okeechobee Road to Virginia Avenue. Continue East on Virginia Avenue to US # 1. Turn left (North) on US # 1. Travel North on US # 1 to Orange Avenue (St. Lucie Battery and Tire will be on the right). Turn right (East) on Orange Avenue. Continue over railroad tracks to next traffic light. Turn left (North) on Indian River Drive. Continue straight through the roundabout. Cobb's Landing and Fort Pierce Marina will be on the right. The Manatee Center will be the next building on the right (peach building with a teal roof).
