Come meet some of the creepiest, weirdest, slimiest creatures in the ocean at the Manatee Center’s Halloween celebration! This free family program will offer plenty of up-close-and-personal encounters with REAL creepy animals from both our local environment and also the deepest, darkest parts of the oceans around the world. Become a creepy creatures EXPERT by participating in an exciting detective game where kids will discover how deep sea animals find their food, explore the world’s most unusual sea animals, meet Moe the Manatee, make a creepy snack craft to munch on, choose their favorite creepy animal for face painting, be blindfolded and try to guess what LIVE animal they’re touching, and so much more! Kids will even receive a special Creepy Creatures of the Sea Expert award certificate and a bag of candy when they complete all of the fun, creepy activities the Manatee Center has to offer! Creepiest Creatures of the Sea is a FREE family program and admission to the Center is free only during the program from 11am-3pm. Kids are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes! Sea you there!
